Shareholders who have not received their dividend warrants are requested
to write to the Company.
Pursuant to Section 205A of The Companies Act, 1956, unclaimed dividends
upto and including financial years 1993-94 have been transferred to
the General Revenue Account of the Central Government. The shareholders
who have not encashed their dividend relating to financial year(s)
up to 1995-96 are requested to claim the amount from the Registrar
of Companies, Maharashtra, CGO Complex, II Floor, “A”
Wing, CBD – Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400 614.
The amount of Dividend from the year 1994-95 onwards which remained
unclaimed for 7 years from the date of declaration have been transferred
to the Investors Education & Protection Fund established by
the Central Government pursuant to section 205c of the Companies
Act, 1956. The Dividend for the following years remaining unclaimed
for 7 years from the date of Declaration are required to be transferred
by the Company to the said account and the various dates for transfer
of such amount are as under :
