- Metronidazole - Approved by US FDA and Therapeutic Goods Administration
(TGA), Australia.
- US Patent for novel pharmaceutical formulation of Metronidazole
for dental application.
- Patents also granted in South Africa for controlled release
formulations Ranitidine and Nifedipine 30 mg extended release
tablets.
- Patent application submitted “Pharmaceutical composition
for controlled drug delivery systems” covering new NDDS
formulations of Ciprofloxacin OD and Ofloxacin OD.
- ANDA’s filled for Ciproflocaxin and Flucanozole.

Inc)
JBCPL has entered into a joint venture with Spectrum Pharmaceuticals
Inc (Formerly known as NeoTherapeutics Inc), USA, a research based
Company listed on NASDAQ.
A Company called NeoJB LLC has been formed in USA of which Spectrum
Pharmaceuticals Inc will hold 80% and JBCPL's subsidiary called
J. B. Life Science Overseas Limited will own the remainder of NeoJB.
NeoJB has been formed to enable the Company to market, sell and
distribute Company's various products including generic formulations
and natural herbal products in USA.
JBCPL will benefit from Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Inc skill in managing
clinical trials and regulatory process in the United State. JBCPL
will get the opportunity to unlock the commercial value of its three
registered patent in USA viz. Controlled Release Formulation of
Ranitindine, pharmaceutical dental formulation and pharmaceutical
formulation of topical application along with other patents which
are either in the process of filing or registration. ANDA filing
and marketing of generic products in USA is another focus area of
